What do you mean by all-inclusive “OneRate” pricing?

Our quoted price includes everything. We don’t charge anything additional.

What's included as part of your service?

Complimentary pop, water, ice, liquor accessories and phone charging cables are included as part of our service. Also, red carpet, basic decoration and “Just Married” sign are included but only as part of our wedding package.

Are last minute limousine reservations possible?

We recommend for any services bookings in advance. Last minute requests; we’ll make every attempt to accommodate you, however during holidays and special events advance reservations are highly recommended.

Can we book for less than an hour?

Certainly, but the charge will be for one hour irrespective of whether or not you use full one hour.

Can we split up an hour of service?

No split allowed for the services with just an hour booking.

What are the acceptable payment methods?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Cash as well as eTransfers directly into our account if you are not comfortable sharing your credit card info. Cash is acceptable only if a credit card has already been authorized at the time of booking.

Do I have to make the payment at the time of booking?

Bookings can be confirmed with a credit card authorization without making any payment upfront. However, exception to this rule will be the services for Weddings/Grad parties. Please refer to our Contract Terms and Conditions for more information.

What will be next step for booking confirmation after receiving the quotation mail?

Just reply to that email and one of our support staffs will get in touch with you as soon as possible to confirm the booking.

Do we pay any additional amount for extra stops?

As our prices are all-inclusive so answer is no extra charge.

Plans have changed or have been canceled. What do I need to do?

Advance notice is required for any change or cancellation in order to avoid possible additional charges. Please refer to our Contract Terms and Conditions for more information on cancelation policy

How much should I tip your chauffeurs?

Totally, your discretion, optional. Our drivers should never ask for the tip. Any violation to that rule by our drivers should be reported to us.

What if the chauffeur does not show up at pick up location?

Limo Lush chauffeurs target to arrive 15 minutes in advance of the scheduled pick up time. If they don’t show up on time, please call 1-844-855-LUSH (5874) for immediate assistance.

How many stops are we allowed in a trip?

No restriction for legitimate request.

How do I get a receipt for any service?

Receipts and booking confirmation are provided at the time of booking with us.

Receipts can also be obtained via fax or e-mail by contacting us on need basis.

Is liquor allowed in your vehicles?

Yes, we are licensed to serve liquor in our vehicles. But the liquor can be consumed only in Stretch limousine. It is againt law to allow it in SUV/Sedan.

Is liquor allowed if a minor is involved in the party?

No, it is against law to consume liquor if a minor is present in the party.

Can we play our own music/video?

Yes, you can either bring your own music/video disc or connect your phone with the given connector to play the music. Video can be played only using a video disc. We otherwise provide audio disc onboard.
